perry warruce

I'm from South Africa and my dad carries the family name perry warruce - my grandma's maiden name is Pinkham. For long I have searched for the English connection to my family as my grandma married an Afrikaans speaking husband and did not want to be reminded of the British connection, especaily since my great-grandmother was intered in the concentration camps in the Anglo-Boer war. I know however that my great granddad was an English man, apparently from Wales (I think). My dad and - I think - my great-grandad is and was sufferers of hemophilia, and apparently that stems directly from the line of Queen Victoria as my great-grand dad's mom was supposedly a chaimermaid with "extra priviledges" to one of the Queens sons. I would love to know if the name Perry Warruce carry any relevance - if somebody could help, I would be quite thankfull to trace my ancestory back to the queen if we can - or may....
