Ive been continuing research on my dads'genalogy. He is Jack P. Pitcock, Son of Samuel Cathey Pitcock , Born Alma, Arkansas, October 13, 1877. S. Cathey Pitcock was the younger brother of James Anderson Pitcock born in 1871 who was sheriff, seargeant, lieutenant, chief of police In Arkansas. (Please refer to Arkansas Gazette Magazine, Page Five, Little Rocking Along by M. C. Blackman, written in apx. 1934 as close as I can figure. I did not receive a copy of the second article written about him but would like it if you know where i can get this continuation of the article. My dads uncles were William Rudy Pitcock, born 1872 and John Henry Pitcock, born in 1875 and who died in 1946. Are you related to any of these, "my great uncles."? I have an interesting article about their mom "Rebecca Jane Baker, but that is about all. My dad is the last of 12 children and he is dying of Alzheimers. He does have a few old pictures of a saloon in Arkansas where Jim was a police officer. Thanks for any info. Marilyn
