Isabelle M. Morris (1917-2006) of Greene Co., PA was the daughter of George Morris and Emma Ankrom. Isabelle was apparently married twice, first to Harry J. White (1908-1997) in 1932, and second to James B. Pitcock (1911-1987) at the end of World War II.
I think, but am not sure, that Harry and James were half brothers. I think Harry was the son of Arry White and Rose Swaniger (1881-??); and that James was the son of Worthy Edward Pitcock (1883-??) and Rose Swaniger, but I can't find any evidence of this aside from references in their obits.
Can someone help me determine if Arry and Rose were Harry's parents? Likewise, for Worthy and Rose as the parents of James. Sources would be especially helpful.
Who were the parents of Rose Swaniger? I think she was born in Greene Co., PA in 1881.
IF I am correct about Isabelle Morris being married to both Harry and James, when and where did she divorce Harry?
This is part of an effort to trace my wife's MORRIS line back to Lewis of Passage Point Morris in NJ.
