To Katarzyna: I am very glad I heard from you before your return to Poland. If you find any information on the Plachtas, please let me know. I will also let you know if I find any information. I'm sorry that the Cumberland program did not suit your needs. Perhaps you could have met us there. Vanderbilt University here in Nashville has a pretty good basketball program (I think) but I know that tuition is very expensive. I am very interested in hearing from you and any information on Poland. It is a privilege and honor to correspond with someone who is actually from Poland and familiar with the Polish language and culture. I will also check the Ellis Island records a bit more thorougly and look for Plachtas and Kopskis (or Kopicko). I hope you have a safe journey on your way back home, and we look forward to keeping in touch. My address: JACK ZUCCARELLO; P. O. BOX 50745; NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE 37205.
