Hi Larry,
Thanks for the reply to my query on Marie Plankey. I agree that Marie (17) is probably the wife of John Plankey (22), but I don't think she was a Boyer. Louis Boyer married Emerentienne Giroux in 1832 and had a daughter Flavia about 1836. I lost track of them until they showed up in the 1850 NY census in Clinton County. Emerentienne must have died and Louis now has a second wife named Marie. Flavia (Flora) is still with Louis as are the two Plankeys. I think Louis' second wife Marie was the widow of a man named Plankey. He would be John's father. Some of this is supposition, but then that is what we depend on in genealogy. Thanks for the website on the Plantiers. Let me know if you find any more info. If I find anything else, I will post it here. I tried your cs.com address and couldn't connect.
