Kathleen,
I have Sarah's birth date as 4 February 1692.I'm not sure if this should really be 1692/3 or 1691/2, although I'm proceeding for now on the assumption that it's the latter.Up until the mid 18th century there was disagreement over whether the new year should start on 1 January or 25 March, thus dates between January and March usually had a slash mark. Thus, if we want to put the date as if New Year's was 1 January, we use the second of the two dates.
As for Phebe/Phoebe, take your pick.Spelling in that day was not consistent.I've usually seen it as Phebe, so that's what I used.
I've just been transcribing a family bible record, and the same woman, in different entries, has her name spelled Katharine, Catharine and Catherine.I transcribed it as it was written.
As for Epenetus and Phebe, their children and spouse information, etc.I have it in a three page Register Report, a bit big to post here.I'll be happy to send it to you off-list.
