Hi Alyce- If one George doesn't fit maybe another one will. I have a George Platz, son of Daniel Platz, who was born in Somerset Co., Pa in 1816, and I have no other record of him. A different George Platz, born 1807, m. Harriet Hildebrand, and again, no further information. Sorry, I have no other Georges until 1858. I have been working on my Dudley line, and have had some pleasant finds recently, going back to Pilgrim times. Best Wishes to you and your 'family'. So Many Relatives And So Little Time Howard
