I am trying to trace John Phillips born in Westminster in 1830's. He eventually married Elizabeth Nottingham and had at least three children Elizabeth, Esther and George. They lived in Northey Street in Limehouse. They eventually moved to Kent Street, Plaistow in the 1880's. He was also at various times known as John Spencer Phillips.
