Patrick Henry Pledger b. 10/13/1874 d. 3/15/1929 is the son of George D. Pledger and Caroline G. Bowers Pledger both buried in White Church Cemetery. George D. Pledger is the son of Thomas Lort Pledger and Thursea Campbell Pledger. They are also buried in White Church Cemetery.
Patrick's brother T.L. Pledger b. 10/19/1872 and his wife Willie Spence Pledger b. 10/20/1884 are buried there.
Winfred E. "Wink" Pledger b.6/16/1923 is the son of Patrick Henry Pledger. Wink's wife is Lilla L. Fields Pledger b.
1/15/1924 in Blackton, AR.
I believe all the Pledgers buried in White Church Cemetery
are descendants of Thomas Lort and Thursea Pledger.
My grandmother was their granddaughter. Her husband John M. King and some of her children are also buried in the White Church Cemetery.
Hope this helps you,
Mary Ann
