Hello All: I am searching the Cherokee Indian side of the Pledger/Sanders name. in 1838,Ga.Elbert I think, forgot to write it down! there was a Mary S Pledger listed as a Orphan at the LunceFords Residence. And a Thomas Pledger listed as a Revolutionary Soldier at same address.
Also: On the Cherokee land Lottery Mary #22 Orphan & Thomas#243 Were listed.
Also:12-22-1846 A George Thomas Sanders married a Elizabeth T Pledger in Elbert Georgia.I dont know if it is the same line, but you just never know!! Melissa
