Trying to find originating area. What is known: Karl (changed in immigration to Charles)Pleger & 1st wife sailed from Danzig (Gadansk), Germany in late 1800's. Twins were born on the ship over. They stayed with a relative in New York; then later traveled to Siverly (Oil City),PA to be with his siblings. His wife past away & sent for his 2nd wife. Her surname was Radig; believed to be from Southern Germany. Any info on it would be helpfull. Will update as i find out more.
