MARY PLOG photo found at a flea market

I have found a photograph at a flea market in central Illinois, which possibly would date around the mid to late 1800s.

*The photo is a bust shot, not full body length, so I cannot guess her height.
*The attractive lady is approximately in her 40/50s
*She is not thin.
*Hair parted in center & top hair is styled flat to the head
*High forehead, kind eyes.

*A jewelry pin, straight design, about 3" long, is at the throat on her shirt collar. [An heirloom, perhaps??]

On back of the photo, is written: "Grandma Mary Plog -- My mothers mother"

The photograher's name has faded to unreadable, so that does not help in geographical placement for this lady.

If you'd like to have a scan of this photo, please leave a message here.
