Hello Janet;
I am not personnaly releted to the Plourde family except that my two uncles(brothers) married two sisters-Plourde.
My favorite passetime is geneology and as one of their family member was interested in his geneaoly..I looked up the Plourde's also.Your e-mail does not show very distinctively so,I thought I'd give you the link._ Genealogy Acadian and French Canadian Style by Linda Jones,née Babin or thru
She has a long list of Plourde's descendancy,which has to be well followed in a condensed report.
Sic: you could download Brothers Keeper V6._ _ and have great possibilities as to what-which way you can enter your data..there are others excelent softwares also,but John Steed allows to download free of charge.. that is what genealogist use here at the university so I followed suite..
If you like I am french/ which ever language you are more comfortable with suites me fine..
Let me know if you get the link. It has helped me a lot...
