PARTIES
Elizabeth Plumbe of Greenhithe, Parish of Swanscombe, Kent. Widow.
Betsy Simmonds of Milton, near Gravesend, Kent. Spinster.
Ann Simmonds of Milton, near Gravesend, Kent. Spinster.
Henry Edwards of Bexley Heath, Parish of Bexley, Kent. Schoolmaster.
SUBJECT
The indenture concerns a messuage with schoolroom and garden in Bexley Heath Kent, on the North side of the Dover turnpike road, together with another messuage adjoining on the West side.
It appears that Henry Edwards already has a lease on these premises made 1826, but is surrendering that and taking a new 21 year lease at a rent of £50 per annum.
We are told that Betsy and Ann Simmonds are both daughters of Thomas and Ann Simmonds. Ann Simmonds (the younger) is still 'an infant of 20 years' but who does not mean to execute the deed until she has attained the age of 21 years'.
