My Grandmother 5 Generations back was Caroline Plumer this would be in the very early 1800 Her married name was Kimball I beleive they lived in Ipswich but not sure my 1st Generation grandfather was born there I do know they are buried in Newbury Port Mass.His first name was Willuim.As I have been told they came from Ipswich.I have tryed to find more through the Kimball Forum but seem to have hit a dead end
