I don't know if what I can tell you is what you are looking for, and it sounds as though you may know it already. But for what it's worth, Cynthia Ann is listed in Sidney Perley's Plumer genealogy (p. 167) as daughter of David Burleigh Plumer, b. 25 Jun. 1806,d. Sep. 13, 1862) and Mary Gordon Flanders. The book does not go further with Cynthia Ann, although it would give her line back to Francis of Newbury. But as I said, it sounds as though you already knew this.
