It's not as easy as it looks, is it? As I guess you know the Newburyport VR and Perley's _The Plumer Genealogy_tell us only that she's "of Newburyport," but the VR has nothing about her birth and there aren't many Lords to choose from there. There is an Abigail Lord baptism recorded in the Ipswich VR, June 11, 1758. If she was a young child, but not an infant, the time would work. Her parents are Nathaniel 3RD and Sarah (Ipswich VR 1:240). Tristram and Abigail named sons Nathaniel twice and a daughter Sally, which could be for Sarah. I know it's quite a stretch but it's the only recorded Abigail in the Essex Co VR that I could find that came close to making sense. If I were looking I guess I'd cross my fingers and look for a probate for Nathaniel and Sarah and hope one of them indicated who their Abigail married.
