Hi robin, just found your reply sorry for the delay in answering. I think I may have mistyped the marriage of Jonathan Plumly to Rebbeca Doyle in Morgan county Al. It Was Jonathan not James who married Rebbeca in 1855. I am sure this is the same family I just found Phebe Plumly in the 1866 Tippah MS State Census. There are 4 males and 5 females in her hh at that time. some of the older children may have been living with her at that time. I am going to take a look at Western Tennessee because my Greatgrandmother's parents were married in Tipton County TN in 1869. I have not found Andy Brown or the Plumlee's(Plumly) in 1870 and would like very much to locate them I may find some of the Plumlee's with them. One of Andy Brown and Anney Plumlee's daughters married in West TN also.
Please stay in touch so maybe we can sort this confusing family out.
Linda Davis
