Nationality of the Plutchak family name

I have recently come across some old family records which showed that my maternal grandmother was a Plutchak, which makes me a Plutchak. Everyone on that side of the family is now dead, so I have no one to ask. I would like to know what it means to be a Plutchak. What nationality is this name? I was always told that I had a sliver of Norwegian in me, but if Plutchak is a Norwegian name I could be more like a quarter Norwegian. Or maybe none at all, if it is something else. Can any of you enlighten me?
