Every Plutchak is in the United States is directly related. No other family tree has the Plutchak name. Originally i have been told that the Plutchak name was changed and our old last name used to be Weber, I believe. This was when our family was back in europe, where i don't know. The literal translation of the name means " I am sad" which was true to the relatives of our name because they had to leave their homeland to escape the War.
