Joan,

Willian Poage (changed to Pogue after entering Kuntucky in the 1770's)who settled Kentucky with Daniel Boone, had a doughter Martha who maried A. Hannah. Martha is buried in a private grave yard in Shelby, behind "Old Brick". Martha was born 1772 in Abington, Va. She was the fourth child of Wiliam and Ann.
My wife is a direct descendant of her.

Does this bible refer to the Poages from Kentucky?

Thank you.

Paul Jadot.
