This is a bit late but here goes. You wanted to know what evidence there was that Pocahontas married anyone else besides John Rolfe. I suggest you get in touch with Mr william deyo who researched the subject but is also a member of the Pamunkey and Patawomeck Tribe today. He has written extensively on early Indian families, and colonial families associated with them and his books are available. He says in a History of the Patawomack Indians, Pocohontas married an Indian named Kartoum, or something like that and that he probably died in the Indian and colonial fightinig going on back then. Mr Deyo is available on this message board. If not, get back to me and I will give you the address of where to get that book as I just got another one. [I lost the first one}. ELTON
