Sorry, I just seen your post today. Just to clarify the child was not the one who died. It was the mother that died during child birth the son survived.
And yes my line is from Jane who married Thomas and then their daughter married Col. Robert Bowling/Bolling. And then to John, and John of 1675, and on to Benjamin, James, William, Thomas, William "Blue Duck" of 1838 he married Nancy Catherine Gray and they had my great great grandmother Parolee (her name was spelled various ways)who married my gg grandpa Marion Allen. Marion's sons John and Benjamin marreid my great grandma Emma Benge whose parents were Daniel Benge and her mother was Mary Stivers. Mary Stivers great grandma was Mary "Polly" Bowling and Marry "Polly's" father was William "Black Water" Bowling/Bolin. William is not only my great grandpa 5 and 6x's but also a 1st cousin and a half 2nd cousin. I would be happy to answer any questions that I possilby can.
