John Bolling, only son of Robert and Jane Rolfe Bolling had , married Mary Kennon. This couple had about 8 known children. Of those children, Jane, b. 1703, married Col. Richard Randolph, son of William. Jane and Richard had 5 known children: Elizabeth, Richard, b. 1725; Mary, b. 1727; Brett, b. 1732; and John, b. 1737. If your Randolph line descends from one of these children, the you have a link to Pocahontas.

There were several marriages in this Bolling line between the Bollings and Randolphs, but only 2 of Roberts 10 known children were believed to have been born to Robert and Jane. The other being Jane Bolling, b. 1675, married James Clark.
