I think this is a different woman.

One of the reasons I inquired about this Thomas RELFE in NC
is that it is a very confusing case :(

The Thomas RELFE, Sr. m=Elizabeth=Betty WOODLEY, Jr. lived
during the 1600s & they had 2 sons named William & Thomas Jr.
(both of which had a son each named Thomas).
WOODLEY was his 1st wife & this Thomas Sr.
next married a Dorothy (maiden name unknown).

If you are talking about Governor David Settle REID ...
he lived during the 1800s & so that WOODLEY
cannot be the same one I am talking about.
