Thanks for the info.

Benjamin Franklin Butler the Attorney General for President Martin Van Buren claimed to be a direct descendent of Oliver Cromwell. Benjamin Franklin Butler was replaced by Felix Grundy who's niece Caroline Grundy married William Myers. This family was connected to the Spotswood family and the Lewis's of Meriwether Lewis.

The Lewis and Clark guide Sacajawea's grandchildren by Baptiste are recorded by Dr Grace Hebard of the University of Wyoming to be Barbara and Margaret Myers. Then General Benjamin Franklin Butler occupied the Myers/Twiggs Estate in New Orleans during the Civil War.

I believe all this is connected via Dorothy Mayer who married Richard Cromwell the son of Oliver Cromwell.
