You are close. But what you did tell me is you are a serious researcher, and so am I.
four years into it, I have discovered my Powhatan-Pamunky/Cherokee Linage and how all those named people are interconnected to my Gordon's and related.

Just recently I discovered that Matoaca had a sister and cousins.And the Cherokee did live at Amonute Village at Bear Creek, VA, which now is a park.
