Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Dear Ivan, there is a Podolsky museum in Ravenswood,Queensland and I have examined much of the material there. It is fascinating from an Australian viewpoint. My GG uncle JJ Podolsky served in the Franco Prussian war.He was forcibly enlisted into the Prusaian army even though he was jewish from wronke in poland. Two of his sons served against Prussia in WWI.they fought for the Australian Imperial force in europe. One died of gas contracted in France.I'd love to see the history you have.Dave Buchanan
