I wonder if the following is the same as the James and Martha you pointed out were in the Little Britain Bible Christian Cemetery in Mariposa.
There is a James and Sarah POGUE in the 1901 Canada Census URL:
Province/Territory: Ontario
District Name: YORK (West/Ouest)
District Number: 131
Sub-district Name: Etobicoke
Sub-district Number: a-1
Schedule: 1
Notes: Mimico New Toronto
Reference: RG31 , Statistics Canada
Microfilm Reel Number: T-6508
Finding Aid Number: 31-40
page 13, line 47 & 48, family #114
James Pogue, B. Ont., July 12, 1826, age 74 - Head of Household.
His wife, Martha, b. Ireland, Dec 22, 1825, age 75

Although I am not related to the Poque's, I recall that Alice Burke was. In 1991 she was able to assist me with my HICKS research in New Brunswick, Canada. 'Hope this in turn helps someone.

Doug, Nanaimo, B.C.
