I'm trying to get the Pogue ancestry straight - but I think that Solomon and Ezra Ulysses or Ephriam were brothers. If not, they were related very closely. I think that Joshua was their father or possibly Joseph. My Daniel was my GG-Grandfather - who had Charles D, who had Robert, who had my father. (There was an earlier Daniel, however.) This group came out of North Carolina, I believe; migrated to TN and some possibly KY. Some went on to MO and AR. However, I know there were some who must have gone South out of NC to Alabama and those migrated to AR also. I'm thinking they are are related, but not sure which to who. You might go to, type in Solomon Pogue and do a search. I found a gedcom there posted by Theresa Pogue. Very interesting. I believe we're related, we just need the connecting thread.
Let's stay in touch!
