Did Josiah have a sister named Jane?

I am researching the McCoy family of Williamson Co IL and G. W. Chesley McCoy married Jane Poague, "a native of Saline Co. We were married in the old Western Exchange building, which John Paschal built for Allen Bainbridge in 1842. In 1845 I begtan to work at brick-making, mason work and plastering and followed it until about 1850".
(Source: "Souvenir of Williamson Co, IL", pgs. 175-176--; 1905 Historical Souvenir of Williamson Co. Illinois: (LDS 977.3993 H2W); biography of G. W. Chesley McCoy)).

The biography went on to say that "his wife, Jane, was a relative of the noted Dr. Benjamin Franklin, being a niece."

I look forward to your response. Maryann
