Hi again Mary, I've made some huge discoveries since i last wrote to you. I found out my Ida Nonn was married to a Ferdinand Pohl. They had a son Emil born about 1886 in Germany, a son Walter born about 1907 in Detroit, a daughter Emma E born 10-16-1889 and married Ernest Crossley, and a daughter Alice born about 1905 in Detroit. I don't know who Ferdinand's father was yet but I'm hoping to find out soon. I wonder if there may be a connection since people in those days usually named their children after their parents or siblings. I'll keep you posted on my findings to see if we connect at all
