Hi,
In the past I was very busy on the field of ancestors search in the German region called Franconia (in northern part of Bavaria near Bayreuth), where I was born and grew up. It was possible to search in church registers and also in archives back to the late 14th century. I published two of the oldest sources of the above-mentioned area (descriptions of the villages near Bayreuth, their inhabitants and their taxes in the year 1398 resp. 1421). The first member of my genealogy is Bezolt Buehelman who lived in the late 14th century on the Forthof near Bayreuth. If there is any need for help, please contact me or write a follow-up message.
