Polaceks / Polijacks immigrating to Minnesota 1867

My great grandfather Anthony James Polacek came with his family (I don't know his parents' names) to Minnesota in 1867. He had four sisters: Augusta, Kate, Minnie and Annie.

At some point his name was changed to Clayton, but no one knows exactly why or when and how his original name was actually spelled, but it may have been Polijack or Polacek.

I'm looking for any information about his emigration and European ancestry.
