Hi Laura,

I'm sure Gilberto will answer you, but if the only problem you are having is with that "L" with the diacritical mark, here is an alternative solution for you. On the Polish white pages opening screen, find this phrase "Witamy w Internetowej Ksiazce Telefonicznej, Tu latwo znajdziesz ..." You can "borrow" the "L" from the word "latwo" by using the "Edit" and "Copy" commands from your web browser, and then position your cursor in the Nazwisko box and then click on "Edit" and "Paste" and you'll have it. Then just type the rest of the surname around it....
