I'm researching my great-grandmother's family back in Galicia. According to my paperwork, the last place they lived in Galicia was Czudec or Czudek, which is now in modern-day southern Poland.
My grandmother was Dora Kresch, born 1/15/1892 in Czudek.
Her father's name from my records was Benzion, and her mother's name was Feige Golda, nee Reich.
I am aware of only one sibling, though I believe there may have been more. Her sister's name was Minna, but I know almost nothing else about her.
Both sisters moved to Frankfurt after World War I, where my great-grandmother met the man she was to marry. She and her husband left Germany about 1933, and moved here to the US. Her sister also left at some point, I believe, as she was able to attend one of Dora's daughters' weddings.
I would love any more information about this family that anyone might have. If you have any information, I would love to talk to you.
