Lori,

First access http://www.kartenmeister.com/preview/databaseuwe.asp and follow the instructions, in order to find out what is the current polish name for those places.

Then go to http://baza.archiwa.gov.pl/sezam/pradziad.php?l=en and insert the polish name in the first field. A new page will display the results. On the right side of each result click on word WIECEJ (more info) and you will see the address of the State Archives which hold the records.
