Surname: Broskley, possibly Chynow or Ciechanow

Does anyone know anything about the surname Broskley? There was a Stanley Broskley, born August 22, 1896 in Chienow (now Chynow), Poland. Someone else thinks it may have been Ciechanow.

His parents are supposed to have been another Stanley Broskley and Florence Washbrosky. That's according to a marriage record in PA.

Stanley was married twice. First to Mildred Coble and second to Mary Mader.
