Patricia

Just possible that Stanley's SS-5Form will have a place of birth as well as parents names.
Name: Stanley Broskley
State of Issue: West Virginia
Date of Birth: Saturday August 22, 1896
Date of Death: May 1970
Est. Age at Death: 73 years, 8 months

You might want to check into a naturalization intent % petition. Locating his arrival manifest would certainly give you his "properly" spelled Polish surname.
Neither BROSKLY or WASHBROSKY is correct Polish spelling.

2 locations named Chynow; No location with spelling Chienow; 2 locations named Ciechanow.
