Yes, and thanks again for your assistance. I have to speak to my wife about ordering some of the documents and we'll be visiting her family this weekend to share the newly found info with them.

We're in Chicago. My wife's maternal side of the family is all South Side Chicago Irish-American lineage and she is a dual national of with Ireland and the USA.

But we had the hardest time researching the Irish side of her family when she was trying to prove to the consulate her entitlement to Irish citizenship. I wish I had utilized this website a few years ago because it would have yield so much better results than I found on my own!
