Hi,
In letter write:

Białobrzegi 235
37-114 Białobrzegi
Podkarpackie

or

37-114 Białobrzegi 235
Podkarpackie

How I think “235” it’s a no of house.
Without polish sign: Bialobrzegi

Białobrzegi it’s a village in:
gmina: Białobrzegi
powiat: Łańcut
województwo: Podkarpackie (once Rzeszowskie)

“Woj.=Województwo” mean State/Province
Podkarpacie i.e. „Pod Karpatami” mean: Under the Carpathians.
Białobrzegi mean White Shore.

“ł” – spell how “w” in “window”
“rz” – it’s a one letter, spell somehow “zy” or “zz”
“ń” – “ni”
“”sz” – “sch”

Small “ł” or big “Ł”, it’s a “l” or L“ with “line”.

And Białobrzegi spell how “Biawobzzegi”

In Poland its couple cities and villages who named “Białobrzegi”.
In post-address You don’t must writing “Podkarpackie”.
