From historical descriptions: Gluchow (in Polish L has diacritical mark slashing the letter), gmina (commune) Pogorzela, located abt 1 mile in SE direction of Pogorzela, noted in 1391 as de Gluchowo, 1464 as Gluchowo Nobilium, 1501 as de villa Gluchowo, 1674 as Gluchowa, 1789 as Gluchowo, 1789 as Gluchow, 1881 as Gluchow, 1921 as Gluchowo, now as Gluchow.

Maybe this would be your Grochowo/Grochowa/etc.

POWODZENIA PANI! (just from our forum friend Jerry!)
