It seems unusual to me that you could have such detailed info going back that far without having specific locations associated with them. Are you one of those lucky people that had a family Bible with that kind of old info?

It seems like your families may have been living in a region where the Poland Partitions border changes were occurring between 1772 and 1815. It is conceivable that they lived in all 3 jurisdictions (Poland, Russia and Prussia) during that time frame without actually changing residence. Note that Germany did not exist at that time.

Without a location or at least parish name, your search is pretty much a shot in the dark.
