Szczypiorski Family Zablocie/Kcynia and Smolniki

I'm doing research on the maternal side of my father's family.

His mother Victoria (Wiktoria) Marczak was born in Poland 20 Dec 1887 and died in Milwaukee Wisconsin 1 Dec 1964.

She was the daughter of Ignacy (b 1856 Poland d 1934 Milwaukee Wisconsin) and Anna nee Bystry (b. ? d 1895? in Poland).

I've seen some family tree data which seems to take the family back to Adam Szczpior and his wife Regine Szc in 1700s. Their son Maciej was born in Smolniki so maybe they lived there?

How and who do I contact in Smolniki to see if they have birth or marriage records on Adam and Regina?

Also if anyone has additional information on the family, I'd appreciate hearing from you. To place the family in context Ignacy was the son of Jan and Petronella nee Lewandowska. Ignacy's brothers Piotr (Peter) and Walenty (Valenty) emigrated to South Bend Indiana around the time he came to the USA - roughly 1900 - although I can't find Ignacy's arrival records in the USA.
