Hi Virginia,
There are dozens of Polish surnames that begin with "Przyby..." so I would not immediately jump to an assumption that a Przybylski family had changed their name from Przybyszewski. Both are perfectly good names (though you see I am leaving the "L" out of the second one) in use today in Poland. Is there some specific conflict in documents that makes you think that a name change happened with your family?
