Donna,

By any chance do you know who Thomas Poll's other children were? I am looking for a Frederick Poll would have been born ca. 1860. He is a possible father, for my Arthur Langley Poll bn. ca. 1880, that is listed on the war graves site. Frederick was supposedly from London England. Arthur Langley Poll, through oral family history, was supposedly an orphan (hence Frederick being his father is suspect - so I am searching for more proof). It is also told that he changed his name so that he could work in England. He later imigrated to New Zealand where I believe he married Jessie Poll (Maiden name not known), they had 8 children. My husbands family now lives, for the most part in the same area where Arthur Langley Poll settled.
