Poljak/Pollack, PA to MI, early 1900s

Am searching for mother's family. Grandmother Mary (Marie) Poljak/Pollak was born 7-15-1905 in Butler, PA, to John Poljak/Pollak and Mary Yuhas, both of Slovak descent. She was baptized in Lyndora, PA. Not known when name changed, perhaps when moved to MI. Also seen as Pollack and Pollock. He was a coal miner. There were seven children including grandmother - Mary, George, Joseph, Elizabeth, Anna, Mike and John. All moved to Detroit, MI area before 1924. Grandmother married that year in Detroit. Any info would be helpful. And would be happy to share mine.
Thanks, Patt
