I am helping my friend research her Pollack line. She has a Matthew Pollack in her tree from Czech. I'm not sure whom he married, but she has a picture on her website of Matthew's marraige. Her Matthew had a brother named Joseph who is her ancestor. This Joseph Pollack was married to an Anna Havilik. Let me know if you find a connection!
