Poljak-Yuhas, PA to MI

Re-posting with new e-mail address.

Am searching for mother's family. Grandmother Mary (Marie) Poljak/Pollak was born 7-15-1905 in Butler, PA, to John Poljak/Pollak and Mary Yuhas. Mary was born in Vienna. G-ma was baptized in Lyndora, PA, at St. John (?) Church. Difficult to read on baptismal certificate. Sponsors were John Lesko and Julianna Stofik.
Not known when name changed, perhaps when moved to MI. Also seen as Pollack and Pollock. He was a coal miner. There were seven children including grandmother - Mary, George, Joseph, Elizabeth, Anna, Mike and John. All moved to Detroit, MI area before 1924. Grandmother married that year in Detroit. Any info would be helpful. And would be happy to share mine.
Thanks, Patt
