This is what I've got:
David Ambrose Pollet married Ann(e) Sleath, father John Sleath (-1774) and Priscilla Snoxell (-bef. 1762). Marriage Ann Sleath and David Ambrose Pollet listed in Vicar General Marriage Licence Allegations, date of licence 9 Oct 1770.
Children of John Sleath and Priscilla Snoxell: John, Edward, Priscilla (married Jasper Taylor), Mary, Margaret (married Daniel Rainier of Sandwich, Kent), Ann who married above Pollet and Sarah Sleath.
As children of David Ambrose Pollet and Ann Sleath I have John Gottlieb (1771), Ambrose Charles (1772), Adam Charles (1775), Frederick (1775), Ambrose (1777), Anne (1779) apparently all born Lisbon.
Kent's Directory for 1770 lists David Ambrose Pollet as Jeweller in 3 Cushion Court, Old Broad Street London.
My notes say that family lived in Lisbon from abt end 1770 and that David Ambrose Pollet was jeweller to the King of Portugal, as was his father Adam Gottlieb Pollet who was born in Gdansk, Prussia/Poland. This unconfirmed.
Regards,
Sigi
